Technical Director & Lead Unity Developer Cross-Disciplinary Leadership: Directed the end-to-end production pipeline, successfully bridging the technical gap with a team of contemporary choreography students. Facilitated MR reference sessions to align the team on the medium-specific justification of Mixed Reality, ensuring a cohesive technical and artistic vision. Immersive MR Engineering: Engineered a controller-free, hand-tracking-based MR experience for Meta Quest 3. Implemented depth masking to transition users from physical reality to a virtual 'Void' via interactive wall destruction, and developed a fingertip (Index Tip) point-light system for intuitive spatial navigation in the dark. Tech Art & Standalone Optimization: Translated MoCap data into real-time particle flows using Unity VFX Graph and programmed a dynamic 'Kintsugi' custom shader that visually evolves alongside the narrative. Optimized heavy shader calculations and particle systems to ensure stable, high-performance standalone execution on the Quest 3.
