Artist: Youngjoo Jennifer Ryu Concept: Intentionally subverted the "Sweet Spot" by creating an acoustic environment where a singular, perfect listening point is impossible to reach through a complex multi-speaker array. Concept: Subverted the "Sweet Spot" by using a multi-speaker array to create an acoustic environment where a singular, perfect listening point is impossible to reach. Archiving: Executed a "movement choreography" synchronized with speaker activations, using a gimbal and Ambisonic microphone for 360-degree spatial capture. Visualization: Developed a real-time mini-map UI to track the camera's path and active speaker zones, helping observers intuitively grasp the spatial structure of the installation.
